EFFECTIVE EMAILS (B2 Module)
This is a 3-5 hour module designed to help high intermediate students to write more persuasive emails in a business or professional context. Includes activities and examples to raise awareness of tone (friendliness and formality) and to highlight functional language for requesting, offering, accepting, and declining.
FOLLOW YOUR PASSION (B2 Lesson)
This lesson is built around two contrasting speeches on the theme of passion. Learners answer questions about the speakers’ viewpoints and give their own opinions. The lesson also includes practice of 2nd conditionals and an activity using two sentence structures from the second listening.
GETTING AROUND (C1 Module)
An extensive lesson at C1 level, using multiple listening clips from a German documentary (with English voiceover) about the habits of domestic cats. Also includes speaking, listening and reading activities on themes related to navigation and how humans interact with their surroundings.
ENGLISH FOR LEARNER DRIVERS (B2-C1 Lesson)
Vocabulary training for any learner drivers who need to use English for their driving test. Includes quizzes and conversational practice covering parts of a car, driving-related verbs, directions and manoeuvres on the road, and safety issues typically covered in driving theory tests.
